Shipping & timing
A gift deadline should be a promise we can keep.
Creation, approval, printing, and transit are separate stages. We show the current production schedule before your order begins.
Creative production
We agree a first-proof date after reviewing the complete brief and our current availability, before payment. Customer review and revision time are separate; a delay in receiving details or approvals moves the schedule. An inquiry does not reserve a delivery date.
Signature hardcover
The planned Signature package includes standard tracked delivery to the contiguous United States. We are collecting reservation interest, not taking paid orders. Hardcover availability, the exact production specification, and a destination-specific printing and delivery estimate must be confirmed before payment. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations, and faster methods require a separate quote. Any applicable tax is shown in the final price.
Approval is required
We never send a book to print through silence. The customer must explicitly approve a versioned final proof. Printing and transit begin only after that release.
Delays and tracking
If the expected dispatch date changes materially, we contact the buyer with the revised timing and available resolution. Tracking is shared when the book ships. Printer and carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly stated in writing.
